Calories question

Bro's,

I need to know how many calories I need to base my diet off of.

I am 5'07" and about 192 pounds. I am wanting to get to about 220+. Gear in hand. I just need the basic calories needed to get to my goal. I was going to use 2 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight and 3 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight.

Any info appreciated,

Later,

massiv
