Became Wiser

So I'm realized that diet is 90% of your look. I started a new diet a couple of days ago. I'm trying to shed my bf% but not too low for I want to gain alot more muscle before I try and compete. I think I should consume about 4000 calories a day, but damn its hard!!! I also cut out my sodium and sugars. example of a day...

meal 1 : half grapefruit, 7 egg whites, cup of oatmeal (sometimes mix in some strawberry protein powder)

meal 2: Talapia (fish) 8-9 oz, 4oz broccoli, bomb a few spoons of low sodium peanut butter

meal 3: skinless, lean chicken breast 12oz, sweet potatoes (half a potatoe, or baby food)

meal 4: Talapia or low sodium tuna 8-9 oz, salad just lettuce with alittle vinegar to give taste, bomb a few more spoons of low sodium peanut butter

meal 5: 5-7 egg whites before bed

What you guys think I can do to get more calories in. i don't think I'm getting near enough, but my day runs out. That last meal is sometimes done at like 10 or later and this eating every 2-3 hours...What you guys think?
