Need help with nutrition...
Ok now i'm starting my cut cycle of clen/t3 next week for 6wks...and need some suggestions on the proper diet i'm gonna need to maintain...since mid jan i've been tryin to bulk up and started at 190 @ 17.2bf% and right now am at 205 @ 15.8bf%
Now i was gonna do a low carb - high protein diet with my main source of carbs coming from a cup of oatmeal each morning for breakfast, but a trainer dude at my gym said that's not a good diet for cutting up and not losing muscle my main concern is just not to lose much muscle if any at all...can u guys give me any suggestions on how my diet should be on clen/t3...like maybe even a ratio of protein/carbs/fats? |

Since the guy at your gym said a low-carb high protein approach is NOT a good approach, what did he offer to you that was a good approach?
Or did he just stop there........ ~SC~ |

Trainer dude was probably referring to a CKD diet. You can do a web search and get all of the details if you are interested.
Some people when on a no carbohydrate atkins diet have a difficult time excercising intensly as they have very little glycogen. CKD diet is suppose to solve that as you carb load a couple of days a week and do an atkins type diet the rest of the time. I am not a bodybuilder, i am a strongman, but i did use an atkins diet to shed a few pounds last year. Stayed on about three weeks which was about 19 days longer than i have ever been on any formal diet. I don't recall any difficulty with excercise but i wasn't working out as intensely as i normally do. You sure you need the t3/clen? If you are not careful with that you can really f*ck yourself. Unless you are trying to get below 6% to get on stage, i don't think it is necessary. Usually just paying attention to what you eat and skipping the stupid food like french fries, sodas, and chips is enough to drop and keep off the excessive fat. |

I'd NEVER use T3 w/out at least 400mgs of test per week, or other AAS.
Talk about catabolic. That stuff has no regard for lean mass, so be warned. ~SC~ |

I would want to know how youre running the t3 ie ramping etc. As for the t3/clen combo nothing beats it. The t3 is definately catabolic all the way but there is an anticatabolic property to clen and using an aas like fina or prop will make the lean mass stick around while shedding the fat.
As far as diet i like the CKD and the low carb alone. its hard to get into keto but once youre there you burn fat like a furnace. Watch your protein and make sure its high with plenty of water and do moderate intensity cardio.high intensity combined with the t3 will eat too much LBM.. |
