wow, such a broad question. If your asking will weight gainer make you gain weight, well the answer may be yes. Most of the weightgainers i know of are LOADED with sugar and carbs, they usually have about atleast 600-1500 calories per serving. If you are to add this to your diet now, with the increase of calories. Yes its presumable that you'll gain weight. This doesnt howerever mean that your going to gain quality muscle mass. If your looking to add a lot of calories to your diet or you find it hard to consume as many calories as u may need, then id probably recommend taking a weightgainer shake. However if your like a lot of people i know, dont expect to eat shit meals, barely work out, and then go home and drink some weightgainer and expect to see gains. Get your meals, vitamins, supplements, and rest all in check and you can see decent gains.

Bro, looking at your diet plan and your reliance on supps, you seem like maybe youre trying to cut, not bulk. If youre looking to gain size,(this i assume since youre asking about weight gainer) increase the amount of whole foods in your daily diet plan.

I eat as much as I can with out my brother or someone else in my house bitching at me cause i eat all the food.....but I think i gained around a pound this week

Hey makb200, IMO I think its important to find u a weight gainer that doesnt make u want to puke after u drink it. And doesnt make u feel so bloated that u dont want to eat for hours. Also simplicity is important for us lazy folks that dont want to have to clean a bunch of dishes or blender every time. I like pro v-60 by Lee Lambrada. I can put 2 scoops in 8 oz of water and it mixes well with just a spoon. Also stays real watery, for easier chuggin. Plus it doesnt fill me up and I can eat right after I drink it. Not too expensive either. Hope this helps u.
