My diet
Slow night in the Growinboy household, so heres my daily diet plan... keep in mind, im just under 300lbs, and still in Marine Corps BF standards...
meal 1 0630- 3 scoops of protein, 2 cups of oatmeal, and a peice of fruit. meal 2 0900- myoplex deluxe. Ive liked eas' products for years, and theyve reformulated myoplex to contain more fiber. meal 3 1100- I go to the deli a couple blocks from my office and them make me 2 large turkey subs on whole wheat. I eat 1 and a half of these. Once a week I treat myself to big kahuna burger at the local bar and grill. meal 4 1400- another myoplex. meal 5 1600- right before I get off work, i eat the other half of the turkey sub from lunch to sustain me through my workout. 1700- I work out for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. meal 6 1900- a couple scoops of whey right after I workout, and a scoop of GNCs creadrive (similiar to EAS' phospagen HP) for the insulin spike. meal 7 2000- Varies... 2 large chicken breasts, a salad, and 2 cups of brown rice. a large lean steak, whole wheat pasta and veggies. you get the idea... generally my largest meal of the day, within 2 hours of post workout. meal 8 2300- last meal of the day. I like a proprietary blend of protein, like in myoplex or dorian yates approved, for a slow release of pro while I sleep. Or drink half and drink the other half when I get up to piss in the middle of the night. I also drink at least a liter of H2O with/between each meal. Sorry about the military time... |

Sounds good....I wish my work schedule was as clear cut. I sometimes have no time to eat and have to cram it all in when I get off...gets very difficult. Ex: today I didn't get to eat till 4:30pm...so from 5am till 4pm I didn't eat shit. I need a nap too, and gotta work out..so food has gotta fit in there somewhere....Diet I think is the hardest thing to grasp when training...:insa

Holy shyt (doc) you did not eat for 11+ hours today???!!! Man if I go more than 4 hours I am in a BAD mood and starving. EAT EAT EAT!!!
Yeah no shyt.. must be nice to be on a regular schedule. I NEVER have regular schdule.... due to my line of work. One day I will have to be at work at 0700 the next 0100.... so on and so forth. Well that will all change when I get out |
