How to figure out cal intake, protein intake, etc

I was just wondering how you figure out what you should be eating and how much. I'm not really looking to bulk up right now because of spring break and all coming, but How many Calories would I have to put in to achieve more mass, and how much to cut up but yet not lose muscle? As far as protein I usually just eat it all the time. 40-60grams every meal. The Calorie thing is really what I'm wanting to know...I'm weighing in at 220-225 as of now (got sick and lost a bit) at 6'6"...I would like ot be around 245-250 by middle march but yet have definition not just thickness....

I always say you have to get huge before you look good really cut... listen to your body as far as calories, everyone is different. watch the scale as you adjust your calories until youre gaining weight at reasonable rate. hows your diet now? post it and we will take a look... have you looked at the diet plan I posted in this forum a while back?

Yea. My diet is kinda spiratic with work and all. SOmetimes I work 12 hours and can only eat once during the shift, and other times I just work 4-6 hours. But I mostly eat High Carbs moderate protein during the day and from around 4pm or so I cut my carbs down to almost none unless I'm going to workout. I eat mostly chicken, tuna, maui, salmon, or mignon. I stay away from pastas and shit unless its morning. But yet I still have the forbidden love handles that I can't get rid of. Dunno...I need to get a lot thicker in my opinion but at the same time, I need more definition. , but don't we all:insa

cant do both at the same time bro... regardless of what the supps companies want you to beleive... make a decision one way or another, and stick to it...

yea i know. I think right now I'm leanning toward a more defined body just because being down in the southeast, the weather is fucked up. Cold then hot, cold then hot. So its abuot to just stay hot and I wanna have a ripped bod for spring and summer ya feel me. Then start my bulk seasona gain after summer.
