nutrition questions

I was wondering what kind of diet I should be on when I start my cycle. I know that you are supposed to take in a lot of calories, but I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

Give me your stats, height, weight, time training, current body fat, weight goal, current diet, and supplements you are taking. I will help you formulate a diet.

6'3, 215 lbs. I have been training on and off for the last 6 years. Had an injury a little while ago that kep me from working out for a while. My body fat % is around 20. I am not on a specific diet right now. Just trying to cut back on my carbs and fats to lose body fat. I am taking whey protein at this time. My goal is to gain strength and size and lose some body fat. Basically get bigger and ripped.
