Ok I am trying to lose some weight around the middle. I have changed my diet and I have been going to the gym 5 days a week 2 hours a day for 7 months. I just started my cardio up again so that is 5 days a week 30 mins a day. Someone told me to start taking some protien shakes so I have been for about 3 days now. I take 1 shake 3 times a day. about 42 grams of protien per shake. I have to say I feel fat and bloated all the time now. Feel like i have to go to the bathroom 24/7. Is this normal? will this go away? I just feel really bloated and feel like I am filled with gas. Someone please let me know if this is normal and will go away once my body adjusts. I have never used any sort of suppliments before so this is a first. Just as an fyi I am not fat just looking to trim down. Forgot to add that the protien I am takeing is Whey 2. My BF was 37% now is 16% want to get down to 8% and I am on my way. I am 6'2, 208. PLEASE HELP, my wife is going to disown me if I keep this stomach thing up.l
