i am dieting down to lower my bf.
and have been dieting for two months now. in those two months i lost 30 pounds. i was using eca in those to months. but i reached a point that i stoped losing weight. so i started a cycle on clen and eca to lose the extra weight. i only need to lose a couple of more pounds. my fat loss diet with this cycle is high protein intake and low carb intake. but i am starting to feel weaker everyday. i do cardio in the morning and at night for 45 min and in the afternoon do some light weight training. my question is what i should do with this diet. should i up my carbs or something like that. what should i do? |

Week 1
stop lifting for 1 week stop cardio for 1 week carb load till you puke ONLY ONCE (on the first day) then eat clean again (diet) Week 2 Go back to cardio and lifting and keep eating clean (diet.. only drop the cals by 300 a day)... I think you need to shock your body. and continue clean This worked before for me. |

I think it might be better to cycle your carbs. It will give you more energy and won't ruin your diet and progress.
