I have a small pudge but it is not noticable with clothes on. Maby Im 15-20 bf. I wan to get to 5 or 6 precent body fat. I have devised a diet plan around a 10 cal per pound diet. With 1.5g of protein per pound. I am planning on doing a ketosis diet. With 330g of protein and 95g of fat. I am thinking about cutting all carbs because i want to lose weight really fast. I am taking eca @36mg of e 200mg of c and 100mg of a. What foods have poeple found helped them. What sample diets have other people found works. Currently I am looking at eating 4 cans of tuna, two chicken breasts, 4 sticks of cheese, 5 slices of cheese, two protein shakes, 4 eggs. The fat will be the easy part since there is a lot of it in cheese. What are peoples comments? Also can i eat late at night as long as its protein adn not fat?

IMO (others may not agree), ketosis diets make you feel like crap, which will resultin bad workouts ant lethargy. You will have the ECA working for you though, providing an energy boost, but even still... I tried one for a period of only a week a few years ago, and while they do work, I didnt think it was worth it because i felt so damn bad.
Last summer I got down in a month from 12 to 8% bf fairly easily. I used a moderate-low carb and fat, but high protein diet, along w/ low ECA doses (3 ripped fuel a day)...and 30-45 min cardio 5day/wk. And even got stronger! I know it is much harder to get into the lower %s, and you may need a ketosis diet, but if your not in a huge rush, I would suggest getting down to about 8-9% before doing ketosis. Maybe it was just me, but I felt like SH1T on it. And for god's sake...eat some veggies on it, even if you just do it in the morning. One thing you might wanna check out is the MAX-OT cardio program. Havent tried it, but heard good things...and they have a hellova workout which i did try w/ good results, so I trust em. See what others have to say, but I hope this helps. Good luck. |

I have done Keto Diets in the past. I only feel weak the first week or so after that I feel fine. One of the key aspects of a keto diet is no caffiene. I know it sucks but it will help with the weight loss. Look through the recipe board as I posted many keto recipes even a cheesecake. Glutamine helped me with my cravings and make sure you take a multi everyday. THe best veggie for this diet is Broccoli lowest in carbs and higest in insoluable-fiber which do not count as carbs as your body will not process them. Some salad is ok during the early part of the day. The tuna you are eating you can have with mayo. Look at all your options and if you want more info just P.M. me.

I am pretty much over my carb cravings (it only took four days!) TOday I only had a very slight craving when I went into a coffee shop and saw a chocolait covered cookie (ummmmm). So far so good. I feel really energetic. Im bumping eca up though. I have my diet sorted out so I should be fine with the foods. But the veggies and fruit is worrying. I think my morning carb meal will be all fruit and broccoli. Im not doing any cardio. Im gonna get some glutamine soon. I think i might buy one of those tests cause i cant see whats so bad about ketosis? maby im no tin it yet?
