can any give me advice on my next diet im doing a 12 week low carbs high protien diet in the past i have used clem, t3 and eph
but have not really had a proper course designed for me i have also used prima before but same again a bit hit and miss as to what take it with. my stats are 32 years old height 5,.10 15 stones and about 20 -30 bodyfat any help would be good thanks ![]() |

I'd suggest cycling your carbs instead of all low carb,go 4 days as low as you can on carbs and then load up on them for 2-3days-repeat.It works better for me at least,my body adapts too quickly to the lack of carbs and my body goes into survival mode,wasting muscle. I'd suggest plenty of cardio and get your bf down a bit.there's a big difference between 20 and 30 on bf.Eat 6-8 small high protein meals daily.Keep fat at a minimum and make it good fats you do ingest.

sorry lads just had bodyfat read iam 210lbs with 23% bf
i know about cycling carbs and high protien diet just need help with a good cutting stack to take as explained a my earlier message .but thanks for the replys so far any advice will help |

When you go to the store get alof of chicken breasts, turkey, tuna, rice, yams, oatmeal, veggies, fruits, lean beef, eggs and non fat milk. and just eat that all the time, lol. Seriously though look in the BB articles section and read the contest diet article and use a diet like that. Start doing cardio eod-ed and try using some ECA and clen.

stones
if you weigh yourself in stones,then do you have to keep the same bunch of stones around your whole life?If you use different rocks,I mean stones than it will be different every time right?This has long been on my mind.

Is there an average stone weight? Is a boulder the same as a stone? Is getting stoned part of the process of weighing yourself? I beleive we have a conundrum in our midst.

nice one lads sorry to be a pain in the arse but want the best gear to take to build muscle whilst dieting in the past ive
