Post PROTEIN RECIPES - precursor

Protein is just as important as carbohydrates in meal planning. The protein calculations in my protein recipes (they will be noted in the topic section), otherwise noted, are based on a 3 ounce portion in the recipes. You can adjust to your protein needs for an average of 7 grams protein per ounce of lean meat, fish, or poultry.
