Post Foods High in Fiber - Fruits - can be quick snacks!

This is for those who need more fiber in their diet, or would just plainly like to add some more nutrition in their diets. These are good for quick snacks as well. MMMMM.

1 Apple
2 Plums
1 Peach or Nectarine
4 oz FRESH Pineapple - canned has extra additives and sugar. You can find fresh pineapple already peeled usually somewhere in a refrigerator case in the produce department.
½ Grapefruit OR 4 fl oz grapefruit juice (unsweetened)
4 oz Blueberries, Strawberries or Raspberries
4 oz Cherries
4 oz Kiwis
½ Cantaloupe
¼ Honeydew melon
6 mm (1/4 inch) Watermelon

Hey! You forgot to mention that a vast array of colors in fruits you eat in a day makes for more diverse sources of vitamins! Pineapple rocks btw!

Be careful on eating too much fruit due to the fact that they have a good amount of sugars and carbs. When I'm dieting, I stay away from fruits and juices all together.

Good point Iron Rod. Review of a carb chart will surprise you as to how many carbs fruits contain.

I know Juicy, this wasn't the point of the post either, just some interesting info.
