Tell me your opinions on this idea. Please just dont say "I dont think it will work or it will work". Please give me reasons as to your thinking.
Im thinking of alternating between a keto "Atkins" and a low fat, mod carbs and protein diet. It will be basically 15 days on the keto and 15 on the other. In 2 weeks you have lost a large amount of fat on the keto diet. Towards the end of the 2 weeks I will switch from mainly fatty foods to all lean protein. Reason for this is once I start to consume carbs the glycogen will start to hold fat. Theory is if im eating lean toward the end I wont have much fat in my system for my body to hold on to. OK tell me what you think!
