How does this look for a post cycle diet?
4am: 2scoops whey 6:30am: 2c brown rice, bagel w/ tbl pb and 8 oz chk 9:30am: 2c white rice, 2 scps whey TRAIN Post-workout: 3.5scoops Ultra fuel, 2scps whey 1pm: 1.5c rice, 8oz chk 4pm: 12oz yam, 8ozchk 7pm: 12oz yam, 8ozchk 10pm:10oz steak, rice cakes Bed |
