Here is my diet for my nxt cycle, start next week. It has been designed to fit in around my classes at college and lifestyle outside school. I aim to gain 20-30 pounds(looking for 15-20 retained post) on my current cycle which lasts a total of 16 weeks(including clomid therapy and cycle for competition). Hope this helps some people plan their diets and please criticise if you think theres anything wrong with it.
