how can u eat that amount (10000) calories, without getting fat(gut) or been sick, a day? (even on the gear)

THe best I usually can do is 3000-5000cals a day split up in six meals(5000 while on the gear). Anyhow I read that anymore than 48grms of protein in one meal, within two hours of your last meal,is not absorbed by the body and go on as fat or comes out as crap. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />

btw - what eggs or best, free range(expensive) or fresh(from battery hens but cheap)?

Well, he weighs 290lbs ... evidently he is doing something correctly. And, judging by his pics, he isn't all that fat.

Santos when I go that high in calories as big as I already am, it's not to bad in the gut area.

Also when I start my climb from the 5-6k mark, I'm on HGH & insln.

I'll Eat and bloat-up all day long and by the next morn. my stomach is flat as a board, No kiddin! Thanks to the good ol' HGH & insln combo!

As far as protein goes, I will never believe in a million-zillion years that your body can only ingest a certain amount every 2 hrs...

I've never ever seen any proof positive Scientific evidence that proves this, it's all opinions & hearsay normally.....just my opinion!!

The thing with protein absorption is this, and just my opinion so take for what it's worth, when you are lifting NATURALLY, yes your body doesn't absorb too much protein, your muscles can only soak up so much....I believe naturally, 60 grams every meal is about as high as you probably wanna go, BUT AAS don't make you huge, it's the ability they give the muscles to use or absorb more protein, so going as high as 100grms every meal isn't all that unheard of....the more protein you cab get your muscles to soak up, the bigger you'll get......My comparison is this, Plants grow nicely on water and sunlight, but after a while they will only get soo big, add Miracle grow(AAS) and you'll see a whole different level of growth!!!! Just my .02 though!!!!!
