I do six days of diet on off. But lately I have been skipping the day off and I feel more atrophe and as if my fat burn is stale. I usually plan the day off for a day out or an outing. Say mothers day this week. But I really did not do the day off for 2 or 3 weeks, so I May do a fast food lunch on Thursday.

Chicken breast and hind quarters until you feel like you'll cluck, tuna until you grow gills, turkey as often as you can stand it, and little goodies such as eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, green vegtables, and a couple of spoonfuls of peanut butter several times a day, and lot's of brown rice. Don't forgt the 2-3 gallons of water per day either.

Yea I do all that I also put in egg beaters and supps. but the theory is to mix you body up with an off day once a week I feel guilty on this day -- but it works I am asking for others opinion.

How about going the other way, and fasting for a day? Fasting on water, or diluted fruit juice gives the body a chance to rest, rejuvinate and detoxify. One day a week won't hurt too bad.

Thats an interesting idea. If your on a cycle the muscle loss would be insignifigant.

I don't generally have a off diet day, what I usually do is throw an bad food in the my everyday somewhere!!! Like say for meal between lunch and dinner, I might eat 2 totinos pizzas, or betwen breakfast and lunch i might eat 3 double cheese burgers ao say 4 burritos. just depend son when and what i feel like eating.

I am not on anything but a few juices every now and again...as for my diet, I eat anyhting I want whenever i want... PUNK!!!!HEHEHE!!!

it's good to have atleast one meal that is satisfrying once a week. by that i mean fattening and tastes good. it keeps the metabolism pumping. i'm going right now to carb up at a mexican rest. these low carb diets suck azz!!!! <img border="0" alt="[BoomSmile]" title="" src="graemlins/BoomSmilie_anim.gif" />
