Post My Diet

I weigh 175 now. How many grams of protein should I be consuming daily? Also anywhere that I can get a sample diet that would represent 3500/4000 calories daily that has the proper balance of proteins/carbs and fat? Thanx

You will get varied responses on the amount of protein you should eat daily. From what I have read, you should be consuming 1-2 grams of protein per pound of LMM (Lean Muscle Mass).

You will know your LMM by having your body fat tested. Some people will say to take 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, so it depends on who you ask.
