How about the Big Al McDonalds Diet: #1 Supersize with a Strawberry Shake. Have this 6 times a day. If this doesnt put size on you nothing will. Unfortuantely the size will come on your stomach and your ass
big al.. thats my problem I have got fatter on my stomach and my ass... and I've not been eating the Msdonalds diet! lol 14 lbs and its just about all fat! and I'm pissed off too, I spent bloody loads on thta cycle and for what? a few lbs of fat that I could have put on juts by stuffing my face with crap food everyday and it would have been so much cheaper. not only that, I've had to spend MORE money on clen to help remove the fat!

I was on a bulking cycle so I thought I'd cut cardio out althogether. But I have some clen now and as soon as clomid starts I'll be strating that.
I think I should have gained more muscle but at the moment I'm thinking its all fat! I researched for so long about steroids, diet, training etc and I'm peed off about the whole thing. I spose there's always next time. <small>[ January 20, 2003, 04:06 PM: Message edited by: sparky24 ]</small>
