Diet
Meal 1- 1c oats, 2 eggs, 5 whites, 5 oz chk, 1tbl PB train Meal 2 - Shake 86g carbs, 40g protien Meal 3 - (1/2 hour later)8oz stk, 1c rice, 1c veggies Meal 4 - 8oz chk, 9 oz yam Meal 5 - 8oz chk, 9 oz yam Meal 6 - 8oz chk, 3/4 c oats Meal 7 - 8oz stk, 2 c veggies Meal 8 - 40g protien shake, 1 tbl pb Tell me what you guys think for about this for a bulk diet while on gain cycle! |

I like it the only thing i would add would be my all-time favorite food...fast food!!!! i love BK and Wendy's! No fries just a ton of burgers <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

I fucking hate BK!! It's just too damn expensive. It costs me like 13 bucks to get filled up. 4 bucks for that wack-ass chiken whopper. Takes three of those to fill me up!

If your goal is to bulk, DUMP the egg whites and eat the whole damn thing!!! The protein, calories and everything else you need to grow is in that yolk!!!! Plus switch that chicken up with some more steak in your diet!!!! And add PASTA, Calorie drinks, and Peanut Butter!!!!

I've dropped a bit since the early summer...right now I am 6'2", 220#s, around 12%bf...by the end of my next cycle I'll around 250#s!!!!

Sometimes I gets carried away and eat every nasty greasy fillthy thing bodybuilders shouldn't be associated with.
Thanks God for the invention of the Clen and Ketotifen.

i usually eat everything i want during a bulking phase, which i love red meat and hate sweets so i dont put on that much fat.

Red Meat is VERY good for you during a Bulking phase, 1st.) Red MEad takes longer for your body to digest because of its complex make up, giving the satisfied feeling longer (helps get you through until your next meal) 2nd.) If you eat it rare or Med.Rare, your body gets the full benefit all of the essential viatamins, minerals and aminos the meat is chock full of 3rd.) Nothing but AAS will help you grow as big and lean as Red Meat, then throw everything else in for a full spectrum diet, and you'll be one big mutha before you know it!!!!

It depends on what type of cycle on!
Mass cycle, hell yea!!! I do all the time!!!! Cut cycle, Nooooooooo! Never!!!!! |
