After a deca/test cycle.. i noticed what i thought to be a gut.. so I went on a pretty strict protein diet and incorporated more cardio..
i lost weight but my lower stomach never went away.. finally i decided it was loose skin and even went to dermatologist and he even confirmed it.. has anyone ever experienced this? anything you can do to tighten it up? The lower stomach doesnt stick out that much(gut) when i stand.. but it does show quite a bit and when i sit down i have quite a few rolls and pulling them is just skin .. ugg any suggestions??? |

Even people who go through Lipo experience this...all you can do is give your skin time to tighten up, and as long as you continue what you're doing, it will....just be patient.
