I feel as if im bringing luggage over!
Alright guys heres the dilly. I was 340# at 6 ft. I am now at 295. I have lost the weight on the atkins diet. It is really working for me. I am having about 8-15 g of carbs per day and I feel fine. What should I use as a fat burner. Clen, Eca, DNP, etc. Can anyone help me clear this up. Thank for your help in advance. Oh and im working out about 30-60 min about 3-4 times per week mostly cardio and very light weight. I am very big boned and have a big frame. Anyone want to make me their project? Thanks again. This was originally posted 5/4. Here is an update on my progress. I was stuck on 285 for over a month finally today 6/8 I weighed in at 282. I finally broke the plateau. From frustration comes determination..or a donut! I will keep everyone posted. I am determined to reach my goal weight of 210. ![]()

WOW bro that is GREAT you will get there you just have to make it through some of those shitty plateaus. there a fact it seems in EVERYONES weight loss and where 90% of people fail. Keep up the good work bro...

maybe toss in a simple eca stack for some extra energy bro but for weight lose it dont seem that you need much more then what you are doing bro good luck keep us posted bro

Well, finally im on my way again. Weighed in at 280! 60 down and about 60-70 to go. Not sure what my goal weight is but I guess ill find out when I get there!

I would go with the 30-45 min cardio but on your diet I would stay away from the meal replacement as they have everything a normal meal has including CARBS. On your diet I wouls stick with the atkins supps and plain protein shakes but the ones with no lactose and LOW in carbs.
