Can someone help me out with nutrition and a work-out routine? Its obvious that at least 80 % has to be cardio. Let me know.

well bro if you are going to do the atkins diet again you don't want to make your carbs that low... try to intake no less thatn 25 grams per day.. your brain needs 25grams a day to function properly.. also with your weight and big frame it is actually really not that hard bro..
Cardio AT least 4 times a week!! 30-45 minutes weight training (this is the diffucult part bro) 3-4 times a week cycle traing- as in never stop moving from exercise to exercise.. here is an example bro machines work easier but you can do alot with dumbells also. bench press 12-16 reps military 12-16 reps triceps pushdowns 12-16 reps pulldowns 12-16 reps barbellcurls 12-16 reps leg press (Machine) or leg exstentions 12-16 reps now do this at least three times but you can not stop at all, except the time it takes you to jump from machine to machine!!! big al, you are family here and we will help you out as much as possible bro.. if there is any other questions bro just ask.. also man do abs everyday!!! also if you wan to burn more fat do cardio after your weight training!! |

Good input Hoss!! Also, 30 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will do wonders. I have a friend of mine doing cardio this way 4-5 days a week and he is dropping between 6 and 8 pounds a week.

Get back up and dust your self off and kick some ass Bro! Hoss has a great idea on the circut traing with hardly any rest inbetween. (highreps)=great cardio work with some muscle's toboot!
This might be strange to some but I love heading up in the hills or the rockies for some mountian climbing, high altitude and awesome cardio fitness activity. Keeps things exciteing in life for old ShineBoy! Take care BigAL!
