Hey, just curious on how good or effective Anavar 10mg a day for 8 weeks stacked with clen and eca on off weeks.
Hypothetically, say a person of average body fat does the above, works out 3 days a week and does cardio 3-4 days a week for 20-30 minutes but doesn't do that well on a diet with keeping the fat and carbs down real low but keeps protein up. Will they still see a reduction in body fat and hardening and leaning in their physique? ![]() |

Sure you will still see results but maybe not to the extent you were looking for?? From my years in the game I've learned that diet is about 80% of leaning out for me at least.

Sweetie, you're gonna see a reduction, but why do it if you're not gonna go all out? You're only talking 8-12 weeks of doing everything right and you'll feel so much better if you do. You can do this and do it right, we're behind you and will help every step of the way. Don't rely on the gear, rely on your self.

Allright, I can do this. Protein shakes and chicken watch out! I can cheat once a week right??? Damn, see I already think about being able to cheat. I am going to try real hard. You're right, it is only 8 weeks or so.
