Post how much should i eat for my size

my name is josh im about 6 ft 156 lbs 14 years old and i wanna know how much i should be eating to maintine some energy and to burn it off and not store eny extra fat so if u chould help reply if u can bye the way kyle the lunches are good lol naw im on a diet too so keep that in mind peace out

Geezus!!! You're only 14! Dude, stop worrying and let your body grow naturally. In the next 4-5 years, I'm sure your body will fill in just fine.

i agree with Iron, just enjoy your teenage life man. eat right and stay active. decide to seriously change your physique when you are over 18. let yourself grow first.

SORRY I HATE TO DISAGREE WITH YA ROBYN AND IRON BUT IM JUST AS YOUNG AS HIM AND IVE BEEN LIFTING FOR A GOOD WHILE AND I FEEL LIKE EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT AND IM IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE AND IM GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY JOSH STARTING YOUNG IS GOOD IN MY BOOK BECAUSE YOU HAVE A HEAD START ON PEOPLE WHO START LIFTING AFTER YOU.

just be cautious, adolescent bodies are going through all sorts of physical and chemical changes, you don't want to throw a wrench in those works man.

starting that young stunts your growth from what i understand. i could be wrong though.

M nephew is only 12 years old and playing football and already working for "my big guns"!!
His coach and trainer...(yeah thats right a trainer at frickin 12!!) told him that intense workouts at his age would retard his growth plates. Suggest you give your body time to do it naturally..don't rush
