Arrow Gain more weight

when I first started I was 135lbs and then gradually I went up until I was about 145lbs I started to gain weight fast and easy and now I'm about 162-165lbs and now its hard as hell to gain weight I gain like 5lbs and take a shit and the weight disappers wtf!? I need to gain 30-35 lbs by June...any tips?

should I change my eating habits from 5 meals a day to 6 or 7 meals and eat hella lot more calories?

Go 2 grams of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight and divide it up into 6 meals... Go 3 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight and divide that into 6 meals!! Eat lots of steak and drink plenty of Protein shakes! Also eat lots of Oatmeal, Potatoes, Pasta, F$%k the rice at this point...After you get all that in over 6 meals, eat what ever the hell you want till bedtime!! Also another good trick is to add a Size-Up 1000 mass drink to a gallon water jug and drink on it all day long, and don't forget your 2 tbls of natural peanut-butter daily!!!!Wheeeewww, OK that's enuff for now!!!! Oh yea and one more thing; dont worry about going to the bathroom so much, it just means that your body is utilizing the foods your eating more suffitiantly! (That's a good thing)

I know I have to eat 6 meals a day but I have school so I can only pull in about 5 at the most...what about Cell Tech would that help me? and how much protein shakes should I drink daily? and about the rice sorry bro I'm asian and I eat rice every day every night all day all night. Also the 2 tbls of peanut butter can I eat it w/bread cuz peanut butter by itself is freaking crazy

Try to eat between classes, i find that helps me & also eating every 2-3 hrs helps to make sure you get the meals in.
Aim for 30-50% of your daily protein intake to come from shakes(100grms for me).
The only thing cell tech will do for you is give you bloat and make your wallet lighter - stay away from that crap!.
Also never buy overly marketed bodybuilding supplements as there using a waste of money imo. You can eat the peanut butter with whatever you want <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> !.
Rice is also a good source of complex carbs, which is good for regulating blood sugar levels and helping to maintain a postive muscle building enviroment.
If you want to get supplements, stick with the tried & tested ones, :- Glutamine, Creatine & protein shakes.

can I eat meal replacement protein bars (like between classes) instead of like real meals cuz there is no possibe way I can eat a plate of steak during classes. Also the size-up mass drink...I can't carry a gallon of it around campus. I'll look like a dork, maybe I can pour it in something and drink it and then drink the rest at home Will that work?

For those quick and no time to eat voids in a day...Protein Bars are awesome for avoiding this!!! I like the Designer Whey Protein Bars (Malted Muscles are good) they have:
Calories: 250
Calories from Fat: 45
Total Fat: 5g
Saturated Fat: 3.5g
Total carbs: 7g
Protein: 30g

And get one of those shaker cups to mix a protein drink in, you can add as much protein powder as you want, and mix it with water, then carry it with you throughout the day (since it's in water, it won't go bad) Or carry the gallon jug with you with size up 1000 in it, as for looking like a dork...start to add some serious size and either people will think your dedicated or you may start a new fad....either way, once you put on tons of mass, no one will dare call you a dork...and if they do, don't worry about it...just go sleep with their girlfriends!!!! <img border="0" alt="[dance]" title="" src="graemlins/dance.gif" />

I second that pecs...I used to walk around campus with a gal jug of OJ with my mix in that. Noone ever said anything, And if they would have who cares, noones gonna think your a dork for getting in shape and being ripped...The women respect and enjoy it actually...More fun for you Iron... <img border="0" alt="[dance]" title="" src="graemlins/dance.gif" />

You can do what I was doing. Have 3 large meals, heavy food. Sit and watch T.V. and do nothing, except go to the McD's drive-thru for a supersize chocolate shake! If that doesnt make you gain weight I sont know what will.

Is it just me or does anyone gets fat in thier face when they're on a mass diet? cuz my face has gotten really round with some fat on it, not to mention my belly but I'll worry bout that later...well I was thinking is thier any exercise for your face?
