Bro, I know people will swear this diet works, but I think the guy is a little correct, and mostly full of shit...you can eat carbs, just lower the amount as the day goes on and cut them off around 4pm...then do not eat 2-3 hours before bed!!

I agree with pecs on this one. 0 carb diets are pointless.

0 carb diets = failure! Balance is key but I up the protein a bit. Eat good carbs, whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies but don't get too carried away on them. Practice portion control when you eat and you'll do just fine.

Exactly!!! <img border="0" alt="[wave]" title="" src="graemlins/wave.gif" />
The only way to know first of all if the 0 carb diet is working, is to do a keytone test!!! When you have a carb definciency, your body is supposed to start burning stored fat as a energy source, the only problem with this is....when you have a 0 carb intake, your body has to burn something off as energy and because the body believes it is starving, it will start burning good muscle off and storing the fat as a reserve for fear of notknowing when it will eat....case in put...look at the ethiopians!!!! Extended bellies, 1 inch arms, no muscle just a little fat and bones!!! The 0 carb diet is a joke...eaten in moderation they will do you more good than harm, just eat complex carbs from good sources!!!
