I was just wondering if anybody out there uses weight gain powder and which one is the best. It seems like most of them have alot of carbohydrates but half of them are from sugar. WTF? ALso, i tried one of those Size Up 1000 and after myself and my friend drank it, we were so tired we had to take a nap. Does anyone else experince that?

Weight gainer powders are pretty useless IMO big because as you stated there mainly filled with the almighty enemy sugar!!
If your gonna drink Size-up 1000s which I recommend to anyone trying to add calories to there diet, you can do one of two things. 1st you could down it Immediately after a workout, your body will suck it up and you will have energy that way without feeling tired!! Or (2) you can put it in a gallon milk jug like I do and fill the rest with water and carry it around and drink it all day long. Hope this helps big! |

The only thing a weight gainer imo is good for, would be if your metabolism is soo high, you can't gain a pound no matter what you eat, then 1 or 2 gainer shakes might be what you need, but if you eat enough and train hard, you shouldn't need it!!!

I tried one once thought I would bulk up with it. It made me sick so I fed to the hogs.

Thaks for the input guys, i think i will just stick to the size-ups for now even though it's like drinking motor oil.
