Post Apple Cider Vinegar?

Anyone of heard of these tablets you can take to help with fat management? My mom and a few others I know swear by it, but I'm skeptical. I'm trying to bring out my 6-pack, or even better an 8 and I was wondering if anyone has any info on this supplement to help with porkiness.

unfortunately I have never heard of apple cider vinegar being put into tablets! I am also skeptical about vinegar's capability of burning fat. Vinegar is very acidic which helps clean out your system, but I'm not sure of the prospect of fat burning! How many of your abs are showing now? Or do you have a 6 pack with a case over them?
I'm curious on this subject now too! Out of 898 members, hopefully SOMEONE knows!

hey lets stop playing message board tag and lets chat J. lol! anyway they are pills that you take 3 times a day at meals, 2 at a time. they don't actually burn fat but they help to regulate blood sugar levels. so when you eat something you shouldn't or if you are bulking up, you are less likely to store fat. make any sense?

Never heard of the tabs, but the use of Vinegar for weight loss is an old Indian secret! Try taking a tablespoon at night before bed. And no I'm not shitting you.

I took theese when I had a mild kidney infection, They really help to clean your system out. I don't know if they burn fat or not but they really supress my appetite when I take em.

well hell, I found this on the other board I mod! Little late, but better than never. Turns out, it DOES help in weight control. Hmmm. Learn something new every day.

Since biblical times it has been known that raw, natural apple cider vinegar will provide your body with potassium and other vitamins to help your digestive and circulatory system.

Other benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar Include:

Control Weight
Fight Osteoporosis
Maintain healthy skin
Relieves sore throats, laryngitis
Cleans out toxins from tissues and joints.
Helps to fight arthritis.

Well I beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I allmost think cider vinegar tabs work as good as cranberry extract for kidney cleansing.
If I take about 4 or 5 of these with water I piss dam near all day it seems like.

Cool

Apple Cider Vinegar has LONG been a cure all. The Pectin also helps with High Cholesterol. Although, I am told the actual product is better than the pill/gel tab form. 1 tsp twice a day is all that is needed. As with most natural supplements, more isnt always better. Excessive amounts have been the suspect of bladder infections.

Cider vinegar has a high concentration of acid in it which kills bacteria, well most of it. So taken with high amounts of water it helps to kill some forms of bacteria and helps to clear up kidney infections, Lemon juice is a nother one good for this purpose also, Some forms of bacteria, not all. Some infections take Bactrin, Cipro, and worst of all Levaquin. Cranberry extract mainly only prevents the coadheasion of bacteria in the kidnies and bladder.

Bactrim will always clear up a bladder infection... just FYI in case anyone gets one. Most men won't get one in their lives, however 30% of women will. 40% will have more than one and 80% of that 40% will constantly have a recurring infection.

(sorry, shine got technical, so I had to as well. LOL)

This is interesting information. I knew the value of taking vinegar to pass a drug test but didn't know all this other stuff. Not that I would ever need help passing a drug test.

Somehow I got a bladder infection once - fever, urinating blood - I was pretty sure I was dying, lol.

I have heard about the apple cider vinegar routines, but I only cook with it.

I told my doc about using it as a sup, he gave me a funny look and said thats what women douche with.
Agh Ha Ha Ha!!
He's not into the natural herbal treatments,
Probably only because he wants to stick me in the ass with a $90 visit fee.
The stuff definately helps though,
