have I been gone for THAT long? Man, I think I'm going to have to quit this working thing to get back into the swing of things. Well, just call me slacker. (I didn't mean that literally you smartasses) LOL

I'm staying up past 11 tonight to post some recipes. Yes I know I know - past 11 - I'm a hellian. LOL

THEN tomorrow I catch a flight to Mexico to celebrate the LONG FESTIVAL OF CINCO DE MAYO! WOOOOOOOO! party on Wayne - party on Garth. hehe

HEY, drinking the water in Mexico is NO joke. Did it once to prove how tough I was, and never again. LOL That is some nasty stuff there. Ever since then I don't even drink tap water from the states. I'm skeered.

Drank a bottle of wine for you pecs. Plus had some drinks for pretty much the rest of the board. Just in case you guys couldn't. hehe

A few of those and a few dos esquis and a few more coronas and a few shots - really big ones... Wow - I love holidays. LOL This birthday is going to last all week. I'm approaching 30. I'm depressed. LOL It's the birthday hannukah!! hehe
