De and Re-hydration

I was wondering how long does it take for someone to get re-hydrated after being dehydrated for a while

Ok I never drank enough water in the first place. So I have been slightly dehydrated for a while. Well I have start tren and have been on for a bout 1 1/2 months. This past week end was my birthday so I pulled a 2 day drunk. Wake up in the morning an d blow my nose and blood runs out. Not just a little blood a lot like I have a very bad cut. well this has happen for the last 4 days (the 2 mornings after the drinking and the 2 days after stopped drinking.) G/F is a lab tech and blood work shown that me potassium was low. And the lab said that it just could be from being dehydrated. So I'm wondering how much and how long I'm going to drink this GD Gatorade. Before becoming re-hydrated?

Mr man,

I am no authority on the subject but I work out in the sun 100 today and am usually concerned with the same especially when using creatine. I try to supplement my diet with potasium rich foods when it comes on such as bananas or milk as well as a few calicum and potassiums added to my vitamin routine. To many minerals however can kill (used to do it in old murder mysteries on tv) so gatorade has a low concentration and is meant more to prevent without going over.

It will usually take me 2 days of this (but I am still working etc...) to keep my muscles from cramping and get back to normal.

My 2 cents Hawk

I Dont Have To Tell You That Drinking While On Aas Is Not Smart At All.

1-while On Aas You Increase Your Risk Of Being Dehydrated More

2- Its A Fact That Drinking Dehydrates You

3 Go To A Doctor About Your Nose Bleeds There Could Be A Serious Problem
