I've done 7 shows since 98. best I have done was winning the light-heavy at the state show. was qualified for national level and was going to the jr. nat. the following year. things happened, company closed down, got custody of kids, and started college the following year so that stuff took priority!!

and now the bug is back!!!!

Did my first show and won at 16years old. That was in the early 80's. Won the Junior USA back then also. Since then have been competing on the National level on and off. Last comp was the the USA and North America two years ago. Had to stop due to injurey. Now getting ready to get back into it. I'm finally qualified for the over 40's so I hope to do some Masters comps in 08.

LOL, Today I weighed in at 260lbs with striated glutes and serratus and I am on the eat everything deit plan. I will come in shredded around 240lbs at 5'8" so start getting ready buddy!

Just wondering if you from NJ cause I have probably seen you on the stage NYC BIG MIKE has good symmetrical posture he did well this past season .
