How intense are you going? I would start with the Blue Power Wraps in 2.5 Meter length. I like these because they are not to extreme, but yet enough to be able to get crazy.....If you want to go insane use the Strangulators or Convicts in 3 Meter. Both those are the most intense wraps I have ever used.
