Hey brothers and sisters I might be new and I know i am perhaps foolish for going straight to gear before natural supplements but well 36 and dont really have time to wait but WO WO WO I did not mean in the sense to take place of blood sweat and tears and hard work .but I am new and I know creatine assists with muscle growth but what is MSR I think, shows how much i know, bought anabolics 2005 hardcover and It is like a bible of knowledge, amazing best buy and way my question Is,I am trying to eat several meals during the day 6-7,so I eat oatmeal, tuna, turkey boars head lunch meat with a piece of low fat cheese, egg whites boiled, and other just lean meat, what i am asking is I eat a ton of fruit and vegs-banannas,apples,pears,melons,grapes,oranges,and vegs brocolli, carrots, sweet potatoe, and I am trying to lose am i eating too much fruit, thats what i was told,I also drink approx yea 2 gallons of h2o a day(is that too much)will creatine or another sup be good to fill in the voids, but high protein/low carbs.Help thanks, sorry button stuck, please forgive
Creatine is very cheap so it can't hurt. Just because you are 36 doesn't mean that your ready for Anabolics, you said so yourself, give it time and research some more and you will be ready (I get caught up saying "well two years from now I want to look like this", fuck all that take it one day at a time). It looks like your on the right track, but if I were you I would get my diet detailed as in write out a plan as well as a workout log and keep your weights increasing. Creatine is a great supplement if you resond well to it, just be sure to drink plenty of water which it looks like you are doing. What are your workouts like? Cardio? I think 40/40/20 diet is a good starting point for anyone trying to lose, cut carbs accordingly. If we could get you to proofread and a new keyboard you would be golden
