First off aloha and welcome.......
Now as for advice, what exactly would you like it on?
Ill give my 2 cents here. If you are asking to give youa miracle cycle to help you grow, dont. It sounds like you need to learn how to eat , what to eat and when to eat it.Also have to learn what works for you as far as activity levels and excersize.
1st stick with core movements, I mean quality mass movements. Second eat like a horse. I mean 6-7 protien/calorie packed meals. Youll know when youre doing it right because eating will become a CHORE! High carb before your workouts and highcarb/protien after (you can drink these) then a meal after that (1 houir or so). You also gotta eat before bed.I used to be a twig and had a hard time growing, but alot of meals and tubs of Nlarge later I was on my way. Only then did I think of juicing.This helps you to build a base, without a good base you run the risk of going back to nothing when off cycle....
