My leg day is nothing different. I do one warm up set for every exercise.
3 sets of leg ex
3 sets of squats
3 sets of leg presses.
The only thing that I do different is I squat on a smith. At the top of my rep I flex my legs outward like posing for a comp. That is where I have notice the size increase. I still free squat but rotate.
