Chaos...you haven't let anyone down so please do not stress over this. We all understand.
The physical aspect of this is easy to get past...the mental is a little more difficult. We as men pride ourselves on our performance. Once that is gone it's tough to get your head wrapped around it. The whole thought of not being able to please anyone...especially yourself when it's all we are about...(well most of us) is tough to take.
One positive that has come out of this...you are learning that there is more to life than sex. Of course am happy to hear you're back at 90% and feel that a full recovery is insight. This expereince probably taught you that you're tougher than you think.
Work at rebuilding your relationship with your wife and daughter. Keep working to get back to where you were before...you'll be stronger for this.
