A Search Warrant Could Be Issued At Any Time, You Have No Idea When It Would Be Issued, So The Theory Of Waiting For It To Expire Is Silly, Not To Mention LE Can Simply Write Another One, ITS NOT LIKE THE TV SHOWS.
