I agree and speak from experience- very difficult to be that many places and really being involved day to day and I agree with Zodiac- too easy to be a mod now but I also think that has to do with a large loss of our experienced people in the last year- the boards seem to be going through a 'rebuilding' phase for lack of a better term.
