here's the progress so far. i started sixteen weeks out at 225lbs somewhere between 12-14% bf. pics 2, 3, and 4 are today at 198.4 somewhere around 7-8% bf. i am hoping to come in at 176lbs. oh yeah....and that's my cat romeo....i'm stretching his traps for him....he's been having tension headaches
