Not a spring loaded POS, a nice digital scale to weight your food..

If you answerd not me, than you dont know your true macro nutrient intake and your kidding yourself that your eating right..

Simple as that... You spen 60 bucks on that NO shit that really dont do shit, Why not put 60 bucks to the best use you can....

Buy a scale... 500g minimum.. 1000g perfect...
