I have not started my diet yet. I started a new job doing consruction and it is kicking my ass. my eating is all messed up I have been craving bad food so bad. put on 5lb in the last week and its not all good. I just haft to get back on track still training hard so thats ok. planed on starting the diet april 15 will see. I will be doing some thing with the slin have a couple of ideas let me see were to post it.
