I had to get two teeth pulled out this morning. One broke eating steak and a sharp edge made my toung bleed. The other was infected. When I thought the bleeding stopped, I drank a bsn syntha-6 protien shake and went to the gym. I started the upper body work out with pull ups. Into the first set my mouth started bleeding. I guess I have to take a few days off. I took all my meds but my B/P was high at the oral surgeons office and she question me over kill about my meds.
Then my finger is still healing from my previous post. It (the cut) is in a bad place for a bodybuilder trying to lift weights.
