I'm doing 100mcg pwo 4 days a week and non workout days 30-50mcg twice a day and 12 hours before i workout I take pegmgf...mainly use pegmgf in arms and sholders but will start pinning my back as I've seen my bro pin the different muscles in his back and results are evident...my legs are genetically bigger than rest of body so I may pin the tear drop of my quad once every two weeks and I pin my calves...I pinned 800mcg of pegmgf once and the next day
I had a good pump like I was on juice...I usually stay around 200mcg 3 times a week 12 hours prior to traing,I skip on leg day.....
