RFG has been a true inspiration to a lot of us in the Bodybuilding community. He worked hard to achieve his status and is deserving of all the respect he receives. It's been a joy to watch his transformation and listen to the stories about his life. I've been conversing with RFG from the beginning of his transformation and witnessed how he's evolved from newbie to a very knowledgeable mod / vet. In the beginning I was answering his questions...now he's answering a lot of mine. I hope RFG and I will continue to learn from one another for many years to come.
