So far so good, I finally settled into cardio and I like the pace. 3.3mph puts me @ 120 bpm.
My Diet has been really good, maybe short a few times with the efa's..
I got to the point I load up a dose cup with 30ml of EVOO and slam it.
Meals have been
10oz beef / Walnuts
8oz Chicken / 32g PB (Omega III)
6 Hard boiled eggs (Omega III) Chalula Hot sauce.
6oz Liverwurst
4 omega eggs over with 4oz beef
Shakes are Isolate Pre and Post with 32g PB
Morning and Bedtime are 32g casien/28g Isolate/30mp EVOO
Only 2 cheats and the next one will be Sunday at 6pm again. So no wavering at all.
Question about PWO carbs. 40g Waxy or none. What do you suggest? Alos I am a coffeeholic. I dropped from 64oz a day to 24oz and I went to black from cream only.
Should I drop the coffee? Please say no....
