For variety's sake you can get different kind of nut butter. Just read labels in the store to check the sugar/carb content. I mean, there is peanut butter, almond butter, etc. Check them out.

Also bro, where's the beef. That is the best part of a keto diet LOL. 90% lean ground beef is cheap, tastes good, and has great protein in it. I would crumble mine up, mix some beef broth with it, some minced onions, a little garlic powder and it was like a soup almost. ZERO CARBS.

93% lean ground turkey is a good bang for your buck. I get it for about $2 a pound and I love the stuff. Like beef, there are a lot of ways to make it.

I would have stuff on hand like a really small container of cottage cheese. If you just put like 1/4 cup of it on something like a buger patty you get the taste of cheese and its only like 2.5g of carbs.

I wish that I could help you more, but I can never stick to low carb diets. I', a pussy when it comes to food.
