I have been enjoying Liverwurst.
I already bailed to the shake with 28ml evoo in the am. I cannot do eggs every morning.
Diet has been really clean. I bought lo fat mayo, I have to in the tuna. 4g fat per serving 1 carb. So in 2 cans of tuna there is 4 carbs, not to bad. I cant eat it any other way..
But it's basically been
4am
Shake EVOO
7am
6 to 8oz meat (chicken or beef) half avocado
10am
6 hard boiled eggs
1pm
shake w/ 2tbsp Omega PB
4pm
6-8 oz chicken or beef avocado
Dinner is whatever meat she cooked with a green.
If I am up after 10 I do one more shake with 28ml evoo...
No strength loss, tripled 500 on deads so that is a new PB. Shoulder is healing nicly flat DB teh 110's for 6 and inclined 225 for 8 so that is coming back nicely.
Tonight is pizza and wings for the Superbowl.
