I have had alot of dental issues and almonds kill me. What about fresh peanuts? I can add EVOO to my shakes. 30ml at a pop. I like the taste anyway.
I am going to sub out the am eggs for a shake some days. I can rotate the meals correct?
How do you time your meals around your workout?
Right now I am 230lbs and maybe 14%. I was obese so I carry a bit more on the obliques than I like but it's my bane. I have a 4 pack now.
